Exchange and Return Policy

This exchange policy has been effective since January 2023.

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

■ Conditions for Exchanges:

To request an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use—in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

■ How to Request an Exchange:

Send an email to [email protected], including your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. We will respond with all the necessary information to process your request.

■ Conditions for Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days of receiving it.

■ How to Request a Return for Buyer’s Remorse:

Send an email to [email protected], including your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout, with no additional costs.

■ Defective Products:

According to Brazilian consumer protection laws, if an item is defective, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

■ How to Request a Return for Defective Products:

Send an email to [email protected], including your full name, order number, and details of the defect (with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected, with no additional costs.

■ Returning Products:

In compliance with consumer rights, the cost of returning items due to buyer’s remorse or defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.

You will receive a return shipping authorization code via email after your request is approved. Please take the product to a Correios post office for return. Note that packaging costs are not covered, so we recommend using the original packaging (if undamaged) or a suitable box to protect the items during transit.
